I have a 5 year old boy (Andrew) and a 16 month old girl (Delaney). Up until tonight, neither of them had ever pooped in the tub.
Tonight Delaney taught me that all good things must come to an end. Or all gross things must come out the end. Or something like that.
No pictures of the little sh*t. I’ll spare you.

My first (and only) tub crap experience went like this: We have a large tub in our master bathroom and my son and I both needed a bath so I decided to take a bath with my son (it was the first time I’d done that). He was about 18 months old at the time. I’d put a bunch of my son’s bath toys in the tub; after about fifteen minutes of bathing, I noticed that there was an extra toy in the tub with us. I looked closer because I didn’t recognize the toy — yep, it was a turd. I never tried to optimize bath time again.
My wife thought it was hilarious and took a picture of the “toy.” I’ll spare you the link to the picture.

My husband sent me your story when you posted it and I thought it was hilarious. Today I had a sh*t experience and thought you might feel you got off somewhat easy (but maybe not). Beware, though; there are no * in the post! http://www.heatherontech.com/heather_on_tech/2007/01/potty_training_.html
