Our (relatively) new friends Patrick and Maureen live in Martin Acres in Boulder. Once in a while they randomly have an outdoor theater set up. So far, Jil and I have gone to see Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (always fun) and The Graduate (very good).

It seems that our job is to bring way too much ice cream for the group. This time we brought way too many Klondike ice cream sandwiches.
Patrick doesn’t seem to mind much.

You loved Delaney Swings, I know. You asked for more. So, here is Andrew appearing in “Welcome to the Jungle” in his school play. He has a killer line that cracks the whole place up. He did great!

Jil and I went to see Invincible the other night. We both really liked it because it was based on the true story of Vince Papalli (sic, inside joke for those who have seen the movie) who walked onto the Philadelphia Eagles in 1976.
Jil is from Philly, so that gave her another reason to love it. Oh, and it didn’t hurt that it was a football story with a love story embedded in it.
And, it turns out that Marky Mark is a pretty decent actor. I also liked him in Four Brothers.
